Barn Owl Original Submission - 2020

Restrictions:
Submissions are due by April 30th.
Submissions are only open to Iowa and Illinois playwrights. Works submitted by playwrights from out of state will not be considered.
A Quad Cities director must be attached to the project who is NOT the playwright.
A twenty (20) page minimum excerpt must be provided at the time of submission.
